1. Eligibility
Agar apko defective, wrong ya damaged product milay to ap 7 din ke andar refund ya exchange request kar saktay ho.

2. Conditions

• Product unused aur original packing me ho

• Order number aur receipt required ho

• Personal care aur perishable items refundable nahi hotay

3. Process
Ap order details aur product ki pictures ke sath hum se WhatsApp ya email par rabta karein. Hum courier arrange kar denge.

4. Refund Method
Refund 7–10 working days me process hota hai aur apke original payment method ya store credit me diya jata hai.

5. Exchange
Agar same product available ho to turant exchange kar diya jata hai, warna apko similar product ya store credit milega.
